ingredients :

  • beef mince 1kg
  • lasagna strips 1 packet
  • ginger/garlic paste 1 tbsp
  • tomatoes ( finely cut ) 4
  • onions ( finely cut ) 2
  • mushrooms ( finely cut ) 1can
  • eggplant ( sliced ) 4
  • tomatoes ( blended )1 can
  • tomato ketchup 1 small bottle
  • soya sauce 2 tbsp
  • white vinegar 2 tbsp
  • Sugar 1 tbsp
  • cheddar cheese 500 grams
  • mozzarella  cheese 500 grams
  • carom seeds 1 tbsp
  • crushed red chilies 2 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • oil as required
  • for sauce :
  • flour 4 tbsp
  • butter 1 tbsp
  • salt to taste
  • milk 1 kg

Method:

  • Mix red chili and cream seeds and fry boil lasagna strips with 2 tbsp oil .heat butter in pot; fry flour and cool.
  • add milk and cook until thick; add salt and take away from a flame. fry eggplants in hot oil till golden and remove. heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan and fry onion and tomatoes till soft, add vinegar and cook for 2 minutes and remove from flame. in a separate pot put 2 tbsp oil mince, tomato ketchup, ginger/garlic soya sauce, vinegar, and salt and fry till mince is cooked. layer baking dish with 1/2 white sauce lasagna strips, mince, tomato and onion mixture, mushrooms, cheese, red chilies, carom seeds, eggplant blended tomatoes, and tomato ketchup; repeat this process and spread cheese on top.cook lasagna in a preheated oven at 180°C for half an hour.
